On Tuesday 24^th of May, we hosted the third iPECS Insights Forum of 2022. These monthly webinars help us share important information with our community of partners and are designed to be informative, interactive, and inspirational.

Partners were welcomed to May’s webinar by HM Lee, Head of Product Lifecycle Management at Ericsson-LG Enterprise. May’s session was designed as a follow-up webinar to the 2022 Partner Meeting, to answer the key questions raised by partners during the event.

We find it incredibly important to maintain a collaborative relationship with all our global partners. These sessions allow us to address partner feedback and clarify key updates that are coming to the iPECS product portfolio. Feedback on each solution in the iPECS portfolio of products was handled by a different expert from the Ericsson-LG Enterprise team.

Jinho Choi began the meeting by answering queries surrounding the CCX and IPCR platforms and gave an overview of new security updates coming to IPCR.

KS Choi then led the response to feedback on the iPECS Unified platform as well as some legacy products that are being phased out of the iPECS portfolio. This is based on feedback around the Unified platform, particularly highlighting feedback around how licenses are managed. KS also answered partner questions surrounding iPECS Analytics and its Phase 3 update.

Minsoo Park answered partner questions surrounding EMS and iPECS Cloud. This mostly featured technical enquiries, but also provided an opportunity to detail more of the features coming to iPECS Cloud in future updates.

Symon Park responded to feedback on both on-premises UC solutions and the iPECS ONE platform for Cloud. Symon introduced some new features that will arrive on iPECS ONE in future updates in response to partner feedback. Symon also addressed feedback on the UCS, including the decision making background to this service.

It was excellent to be able to respond to partner feedback. The comments made by partners will shape our product roadmaps throughout 2022 and beyond. The next iPECS insights session will be hosted in June. We hope to welcome you then to share your thoughts and learn from our industry experts.

iPECS insights is a forum where we can collaborate, share ideas and learn best practices to drive success and growth of the iPECS brand and portfolio globally. We will invite subject matter experts to lead each of the iPECS insights sessions which will last for no more than 2 hours and cover a range of technical and marketing focus areas.
