On the 24th of November 2020 we hosted the third iPECS insights Forum. These monthly webinars help us share important information with our community of partners and are designed to be informative, interactive and inspirational.
November’s webinar was hosted by Reggie Shin, Account Manager of our Middle East partners at Ericsson-LG Enterprise. The focus of the presentation was some of the great customer references that we have received at Ericsson-LG Enterprise from the Middle Eastern region.
The first half of the presentation was based around some of the great customers that Ericsson-LG Enterprise have worked with in Turkey. Reggie expanded on three of the most important developments that Ericsson-LG Enterprise have carried out in Turkey that were indicative of the progress that we have made in the region.
The customer sites that were mentioned included Okmeydani & Goztepe hospitals in Istanbul, as well as Renault Mais. These are two of the largest hospitals in the country and one of the country’s foremost automotive companies respectively.
Reggie effectively outlined the challenges that were faced by these unique customers and presented how IPECS solutions can help both the hospitals and Renault Mias.
Following from Reggie’s presentation, the Collaborations and Sales Manager at Bezeq International, Shabi Asher, spoke to the group about how Ericsson-LG Enterprise solutions had made a difference for businesses in Israel. Shabi discussed two customer sites, one for the municipality buildings of Israel’s third largest city, Haifa City, and one for the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Both Shabi and Reggie demonstrated the great relationships that iPECS solutions have allowed us to build up in the Middle Eastern market, and these customer sites excellently reflected that. We are looking forward to the exciting new developments that are coming out of this region.
