Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s Partner Meeting 2021 was held virtually on December 2nd. The meeting allowed Ericsson-LG Enterprise and our partners to share the latest market developments and discuss our strategies for business growth moving into the future.
The meeting included a Product roadmap for the year ahead, an update on sales and marketing strategy and provided an open space for partners to discuss the topics and issues that mattered most to them.
The meeting began with a keynote address from Ericsson-LG Enterprise CEO, Patrick Johansson. Patrick introduced the presentation by thanking global partners for their continued support and brilliant performance during 2021 as well as outlining the updates coming to Ericsson-LG Enterprise and the market as a whole:
“What is most important is to listen to your thoughts and what’s happening in your markets. Looking back at the past 12 months, market recovery has been improving steadily and we have seen growth in both on the on premise and in the cloud portfolio. With the rapid speed that our industry is changing, it is important that as partners we are always aligned on the changes that we need to make to be successful.”
Following this, partners heard from two new members of the Ericsson-LG Enterprise leadership team, Head of R&D Seokwon Lee and Head of Operations Jaeen Yoo.
HM Lee, Head of Strategic Portfolio Management, presented the ‘Product roadmap of Ericsson-LG Enterprise’ to provide guidance on the new products that will be launching throughout 2022. This was followed by Ahed Alkhatib, Head of Sales & Marketing who facilitated a discussion on the changing competitive landscape. Yuno Jung, Head of International Sales, presented business highlights and strategic direction followed by Jaehee Hwang, introducing new marketing program. After the presentations, Ahed Alkhatib, Head of Sales & Marketing who facilitated a discussion on the changing competitive landscape.
This discussion prompted some compelling and thought-provoking input and will greatly inform out approach and how we work with our partners moving into the New Year.
