From May 13th to 31st in Seoul, Ericsson-LG Enterprise conducted intense tech training to partner engineers, which in the end had an examination for providing certification to who passed.
This training session included hands on installation and operation of iPECS communications platforms such as iPECS UCM, iPECS UCP and iPECS eMG 800 & 80. Also the newly added to iPECS portfolio, wireless terminal, IP DECT series’ operation and management were demonstrated to the engineers.
The highlight was the training on iPECS Cloud and its applications’ operation including iPECS CCC and newly introduced iPECS CCX, the new generation web-based contact center application.
