Ericsson-LG Enterprise held its annual Product Management meeting from April 10th to April 12th at our Headquarters in Seoul, Korea. A total of 34 Product Managers from all over the world representing more than 25 countries attended the meeting where they spent productive and informative three days with Ericsson-LG Enterprise.

Patrick Johansson, CEO of Ericsson-LG Enterprise, highlighted importance of collaboration and sharing insights from global markets to create a competitive product roadmap. During the event a demonstration of the new iPECS Cloud features was presented as well as upcoming software applications and new terminals.

The three day agenda included discussions and reflections on the changing market dynamics, the transformation to Cloud, an applications strategy deep dive as well as detailed discussions on the roadmap of the iPECS portfolio. There was also time for partners to share their winning case stories in their respective markets.

On the second day of the event, this year, had the new Ericsson-LG Enterprise HQ Seoul office tour. Newly located office was presented to global partners. It was noted that the Network Operation Center and quality management facilities were the most interested sections from the tour by the audience.
