Ericsson-LG Enterprise has been awarded the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Korea Unified Communications Vendor of the Year award for two years in a row.
Shailendra Soni, Industry Principal, ICT Practice, Asia Pacific at Frost & Sullivan said that Ericsson-LG Enterprise outperformed its competitors by attaining fastest growth in emerging UC application.
“It offered once of the most comprehensive UC portfolio that can be molded as per customer requirement. This acted as a big differentiator for the vendor and allowed it to record the highest growth among leading vendors in the UC market,” he added.
Shailendra also said that Ericsson-LG Enterprise was instrumental in keeping direct touch with customers that acted as an input for future communications needs of the customers.
