Ericsson-LG Enterprise was selected as a ‘Family Friendly Company’ hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on December 22, 2015. The certification was recertified on December 1, 2018, and the certification is valid until November 29, 2020.

Family-Friendly Certification is a system that the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family grants certification to companies and public institutions that run family-friendly models, and provide various support programs for childbirth and childcare, flexible working systems, and family-friendly workplace culture. It is given to selected companies based on the criteria.

Ericsson-LG Enterprise is operating various vacation facilities, family day, and recommended leave to improve the quality of employee’s work & life balance. In addition, by operating the system for childbirth and childcare support through the flexible working system and active parental leave system, the company received a high score on the satisfaction of the family-friendly system of employees and acquired the certificate of ‘Family Friendly Company’.
