On 10th–14th July, we provided technical training on iPECS Cloud operations to Bezeq International Tech (Bezeq), our Israeli Partner. A group of 6 engineers and technicians flew over to our Seoul HQ office from Israel for this 5-day training program.

Bezeq had strategically decided to enhance their Cloud business with iPECS Cloud. In order to help them focus on the cloud business, Ericsson-LG Enterprise planned in-depth training for the team to lead the cloud business in the Israeli market.

On the first day, Jongwook Woo, Customer success professional at Ericsson-LG Enterprise, and Jinho Choi, Project Manager, led the training on Network topology, including Server, Local network environment, ports, and more. Trainees also had the chance to do hands-on practice, including learning about the registration and configuration of the iPECS service provider portal.

The second day was also covered by Jongwook Woo, focusing on the Cloud Call features and supplementary features.

On the third day, Bumsoo Rim and Jeongwon Suh, Cloud system developers at Ericsson-LG Enterprise, led the discussion about the required features from Bezeq and further held a Q&A session on the iPECS Cloud platform.

The fourth day was followed up by Seongcheon Kim, Project Manager of Cloud systems, and Jinho Choi on the iPECS Analytics operational guidelines and hands-on practice. Minhong Ryu then continued the training on iPECS ONE to the Bezeq participants.

On the last day, Bumsoo Rim and other Ericsson-LG Enterprise engineers deep dived into the API that iPECS provides, and then continued the session on how to solve troubleshooting, system monitoring, and an overall introduction to Linux and VMWare.

We hope this training has contributed to Bezeq’s professionalism on iPECS Cloud and made the partnership even stronger. It was very exciting for Ericsson-LG Enterprise to have such valuable time with our partner, and we are looking forward to the business growth in the Israeli market.
