Ericsson-LG Enterprise recently conducted the 2024 iPECS Technical Training for its global partners, bringing together nearly 100 participants from October 15th to 24th. The program covered key product updates for iPECS Cloud, iPECS UCM, iPECS Unified, and iPECS IPCR, offering comprehensive insights into the latest developments.

This year’s training introduced a unique approach by incorporating pre-recorded video demonstrations. This format allowed for seamless, natural explanations and practical demonstrations, reflecting Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s commitment to delivering efficient and engaging learning experiences.

The sessions emphasized how iPECS solutions integrate with external IT services, such as Google and virtualization platforms, aiming to enhance partners’ capabilities to connect iPECS products with external solutions. This integration-focused approach is expected to drive mutual growth and success for Ericsson-LG Enterprise and its global partners.

By equipping engineers with the tools to integrate iPECS solutions with public IT systems, this training fosters a deeper understanding of how to bridge the gap between iPECS products and diverse external solutions. The knowledge shared during these sessions is expected to unlock new opportunities for iPECS products, enabling them to reach a broader customer base in an increasingly interconnected digital landscape.

Together, we build a stronger, more integrated future for our partners and customers alike.
