On the 20th of October we hosted our second iPECS insights forum. These monthly webinars help us share important information with our community of partners and are designed to be informative, interactive and inspirational.
October’s webinar was hosted by Philip Jung, a Subject Matter Expert at Ericsson-LG with a wealth of experience on our iPECS Cloud platform. The focus of the forum was “Smart Collaboration with iPECS Cloud” and centered primarily around the new collaboration features included in iPECS Cloud phase 4.0 and the benefits they can have for end users.
The primary benefits that were mentioned included:
- Allowing companies to optimize their workflow processes.
- Helping employees to share knowledge easily with each other.
- Improving employee and team relationships throughout businesses.
These benefits are crucial to businesses moving forward in the current business climate, where technology that enables effective collaboration is becoming increasingly sought after.
Philip successfully explained all of the benefits that the new phase of iPECS’ Cloud platform will provide, as well as the helpful changes that are being brought to iPECS Cloud, including MS Teams integration and the development of new custom iPECS One clients.
During the webinar Philip gave insight into why we have recently leaned so heavily into collaborative tools:
“Enterprises are investing heavily in technologies to both modernize and digitize their workspace in this increasingly competitive environment. Old rules regarding workspaces are being re-written as enterprises become more mobile and rely on more virtual systems.”
“The recent rise in working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic has only accelerated this process. If enterprises do not respond to these challenges and modernize their mobile, virtualized workspace to keep up with the needs of their team, there is no doubt they will fall behind.”
We believe that this new push to enhance collaboration throughout our Cloud services will enhance the way all of our partners are able to run their businesses. iPECS insights is a forum where we can collaborate, share ideas and learn best practices to drive success and growth of the iPECS brand and portfolio globally. We will invite subject matter experts to lead each of the iPECS insights sessions which will last for no more than 2 hours and cover a range of technical and marketing focus areas.
