From April 5th to 7th, Ericsson-LG Enterprise held ‘SE Club 2017’ event to foster technical competency in LME partner engineers. The technical training or the sales engineering event was conducted by Sales Engineering (SE) team by Ericsson-LG Enterprise. Over 60 has participated the event, attending forums on global market trends, the new technology adaptation, product strategy of iPECS portfolio, and installation and operation technical trainings that are much detailed and hands on.
The first day, the SE team shared the contents from ‘Enterprise Connect 2017’, the largest enterprise communication exhibition in North America. Accordingly, to the trend, one of the award-winning iPECS Solution, solution for administration, iPECS FMX were introduced and demonstrated in depth, followed by installation and operation training of iPECS security L2 switch and U-SeMS, the system management solution.
The second day had the introduction of iPECS UCM, iPECS CM successor model. The strength of the new model and the detailed features along with hands on installation and operation training had made the day.
The third day, the last day of the event, had the network management portal training with iPECS eNMS. The Web-based solution maximizes IT manager’s efficiency in managing and operating iPECS UCM. With improved UI, intuitive information delivery can be made on the actual physical system configurations.
This whole event of SE Club was much focused on the LME products and was conducted with much depth compared to previous training sessions. It’ was noted that the participants’ feedback to be much positive and commented that it will be surely helpful to their sales engagements.
