Ericsson-LG Enterprise held technical training sessions throughout May 7th to 18th at the Headquarters in Seoul, Korea. Total of 18 engineers from 11 different nations were selected to take the sessions.
The sessions were prepared in four courses: SME, LME, Client & Applications, iPECS Cloud Solution.
SME session had iPECS Unified 3.0 including vUCP and iPECS UCS 6.0 hands-on training.
iPECS UCS troubling shooting got the most attention and had rooms for more of this kinds of training in the future, as to be in line with the audience feedback. For LME, iPECS UCM 2.0 took the main topic with deep-dive on its system hardware architecture. In addition, 2018 training session gave a special attention to the GDPR readiness of iPECS Solutions.
The iPECS Cloud session, on the other hand, took five days of intense training course. Knowledge sharing on how to approach potential leads with customized technical sales information had been lively discussed. Back to front end portal management together with iPECS Cloud system architecture study for successful iPECS Cloud migration were mastered by the participants.
