Technical training for global partners took place from 4th to 13th of November at Lotte Guro City Hotel, Seoul, Korea. Total 11 engineers from 8 different countries visited and took the course that had three sessions respectively for iPECS UCM, iPECS Cloud, and SMB platforms with applications. New innovations from iPECS had been introduced, the iPECS eMG100 and the 1000i terminal series. The engineers had much to practice given all that in addition to the new IP DECT series and the concept of Cloud Professional Services.

Nonetheless, great emphasis had also been put on the application side where the strategic directions are headed. The iPECS eCSM, iPECS eNMS as well as iPECS Contact Center Experience got its highlight to the trainees.
