Throughout the latter half of 2020, Ericsson-LG Enterprise were delighted to deliver our iPECS insights forums. These monthly webinars allowed us to share important information with our community of partners and were designed to be informative, interactive and inspirational. Between the months of September and December we hosted 4 iPECS insights events, all of which focused on a different theme.
September’s edition of iPECS insights was hosted by Ahed Alkhatib, head of global sales and marketing at Ericsson-LG Enterprise, and highlighted the iPECS Collaboration portfolio. During the webinar, Ahed outlined the ways that Ericsson-LG Enterprise had risen to the challenges presented to teams by Covid 19. The innovations summarized in this presentation were designed to help businesses work more efficiently in a remote environment.

October’s edition of iPECS insights was entitled Smart Collaboration with iPECS Cloud and centered around the exciting new collaboration features included in iPECS Cloud phase 4.0. This forum was hosted by iPECS Cloud expert Philip Jung and highlighted many of the new benefits included in the update. These included collaborative features, MS Teams integration and workflow assistance.

November’s iPECS insights took a trip to the Middle East to shine a light on some of the great customer acclaim that Ericsson-LG Enterprise has received from the region. The forum was hosted by Account Manager Reggie Shin who provided an overview of two of the countries where iPECS solutions have made a great impact; Turkey and Israel. These engaging case studies provided an inspiring look at how iPECS solutions can benefit businesses globally.

December’s edition of iPECS insights were hosted by international sales engineer Hangsuk Cho and detailed many of the upcoming advancements heading to the iPECS platform in 2021. Hangsuk’s webinar featured everything from updates to the iPECS Unified platform, to an exciting new range of handsets. This webinar illustrated everything that Ericsson-LG Enterprise is doing to help support businesses all over the world in adapting to a new normal.

iPECS insights is a forum where we can collaborate, share ideas and learn best practices to drive success and growth of the iPECS brand and portfolio globally. We will invite subject matter experts to lead each of the iPECS insights sessions which will last for no more than 2 hours and cover a range of technical and marketing focus areas.
