At Ericsson-LG Enterprise, we are always striving to share important information with our community of global partners. As in-person events are still largely inaccessible for many of our partners, we created the iPECS insights series of webinars to stay connected.

These monthly presentations help us to share the latest information with our partners in an interactive and inspirational way. iPECS Insights began in 2020 and we have hosted webinars in 2024 to date. We take a look at highlights of these fantastic presentations from 2024 so far.

April

April’s edition of iPECS Insights was titled, ‘Hybrid Hospitality as a Service’ was led by Philip Jung, Leading at Ericsson-LG Enterprise, and Michael Strzelecki, Pre-Sales Solutions Group Manager from Aria Technologies. Our hybrid Hospitality as a Service (HaaS) the first half of the session was focused on introducing the solution hybrid Hospitality as a Service (HaaS) Then followed by discussing the target market and business model of HaaS, and how Aria Technologies are making their way in the market.

May

The hosts of May’s sesssion were Yiannis Demetriou, iPECS Solution Expert at Ericsson-LG Enterprise, and Kostis Nirgiannakis, Managing Director at Blue Technologies. The title was “Deployment of secure iPECS Cloud infrastructure in Greece”, and the theme was a critically important one: maximizing resilience and security in hosting environments.

June

June’s session was led by Alon Elmasel, Product Manager of our Israeli partners at Bezeq International, with support from Bezeq International’s Collaboration Solutions Engineer Dror Boteh Ah-El. The title was “MS Teams integration and voice AI,” and this fantastic talk was dedicated to two major projects delivered by Bezeq using the power of iPECS.

July

This month’s session was hosted by Ericsson-LG Enterprise Product Managers, Minsoo Park, Mingon Kim and Keunsup Choi, and was titled, ‘2024 PM meeting follow-up & Unified update.’ Hyoungmin Lee welcomed attendees and introduced the focus of the forum, based on two parts: sharing the follow up on questions and discussions from the last PM meeting and delivering further details on the Unified update.
