As part of our ongoing efforts to foster communication, collaboration, and alignment across the organization, Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s All-Employee Evening 2024 was held on 13th June at Sevit Island, Seoul. This event was dedicated to celebrating our successes in 2023, and to connect with colleagues and recognize the hard work and dedication of our incredible team.
All the employees gathered together at the Vista restaurant, which is one of the luxury place to enjoy the sunset floating on the Han-river. Pre-event was prepared at the balcony side of the restaurant for early arrivals to enjoy the games and to take instant photos for the memories.
Our CEO, Patrick Johansson gave a welcoming speech as a start of the event.
“We have a unique way of doing business with global iPECS Family, which all start from this team who are in this room. Even though we have created everything from scratch with tight conditions, we had big success in the past, and moving forward to deal with the industry transforming faster and faster. Due to the fast change, some vendors left the business when we are finding our ways to go through the challenges together. We are shaping our future together.
Regardless of some skeptical upon initial stage of the Cloud business, we are now successful and thankful that we took the challenge and made changes in the business. We were only able, as we did this together as a team, and also together with our global iPECS partners.
Our cloud solution is being proven in the market and learned how we should work in some countries, but also need to find a way to change as the industry change. Let’s shape OUR FUTURE together.”
After Patrick addressed to the employees, he invited the Ericsson-LG Enterprise Leadership Team to the stage and did the cake cutting and made a toast.
The dinner started with a bowl of soup and steak, together with the various choice of buffet and drinks.
While we were mingling after the dinner, the MC of the evening interrupted us to take a seat and operated hilarious games and team-work recreations including corporate quiz and lucky draw. Congratulations to the winning table and the lucky employees.
All the employees had a great evening and fantastic time together with a true blast!
We will look forward to having such a spectacle event in the future as well.
