Ericsson-LG Enterprise held its annual Product Managers’ meeting from April 9th to April 11th in Seoul, Korea. A total of 34 Product Managers from all over the world representing 25 countries attended the meeting where they spent productive and informative three days.

The three-day agenda included lively discussion on the market dynamics followed by strategic directions to capture future opportunities. At the meeting, new iPECS innovations were introduced with live demonstrations including new UC platform, IP terminals, iPECS Cloud Contact Center, iPECS CCX (Contact Center Experience), iPECS eCSM (enterprise Call Statistics Management) and Cloud professional service.

Newly developed products were discussed in depth of their market readiness together with regional representatives of the global partners. The marketing data shared during the deep-dive sessions were made sure to be reflected in the future product road-map.
